We are very enthusiastic that junior scientists will be able to participate in this symposium. We have obtained funds from the U.S. National Science Foundation to support their participation. As a result of this funding we will have 28 young scientists in attendance supported completely, or in part by these funds. We gratefully acknowledge this support from the NSF.

Unfortunately, there will be no funds to support more senior participants.
